AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is the Malaysian subsidiary of Austria-headquartered AT&S, a multinational manufacturer of advanced printed circuit boards and integrated-circuit substrates. The company operates a high-technology manufacturing campus in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, focused primarily on high-end IC substrates for high-performance computing, data centers, gaming, 5G, automotive and artificial-intelligence applications. The Malaysian operation represents AT&S’s first production site in Southeast Asia and includes sales, marketing, supply-chain management and manufacturing activities. High-volume manufacturing began in early 2025, with the first investment phase planned to create more than 3,000 local jobs and support Malaysia’s semiconductor and advanced-electronics ecosystem.
