Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd, commonly known as MRT Corp, is a Malaysian government-owned company responsible for developing and owning major urban rail infrastructure and transit assets. It leads metro rail development in Malaysia, including the Klang Valley MRT network, the Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System Link, and the Penang LRT Mutiara Line. Established in 2011 and fully owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated), MRT Corp oversees project delivery, rail infrastructure development, asset ownership, contracts, and related urban transformation initiatives. Its activities also include integrated property development and transit-oriented commercial and retail projects linked to railway infrastructure.
