The group operates across the upstream value chain, including exploration, development, production, rejuvenation, decommissioning and abandonment, with capabilities spanning offshore engineering and construction, drilling services, subsea and marine operations, pipeline installation, fabrication, operations and maintenance, and geotechnical and geophysical surveying. Headquartered in Malaysia, the company serves energy-sector clients internationally and has maintained operations and project activity across more than 20 countries. The business was formed in 2012 through the merger of SapuraCrest Petroleum and Kencana Petroleum and is associated with Sapura Energy’s global offshore and integrated energy-services operations.
